1. Price on website is per person or vehicle?
Prices on site are per vehicle if not stated otherwise, price does not depond on the amount of passengers. Every car class has its maximum passenger capacity clearly stated.
2. Does your prices change because of date or time?
No, our prices don't depend on dates or time of travel.
3. How long before pick up can i make an order?
You can book a transfer any time, but not later than 12 hours before pick up.
4. What should i do if my flight landed earlier?
If your flight landed earlier, check if your driver is not waiting for you at the arrivals hall. If not, feel free to contact your driver by phone or SMS.
5. Do i need to pay if my flight is delayed?
No, 60 minutes waiting time starts at the moment of actual landing.
6. Do you provide meet and greet service with a nameplate?
Yes, driver will meet you in arrivals hall and will hold a welcome sign with your name on it.
7. What are your guarantees?
We guarantee, that our customer support and driver himself will do everything to fulfil transfer booking. Driver will have your contact information and you will have his on the other side.
8. Does the driver accept credit cards?
No, driver only accepts cash.
9. Can i make amendments to my booking?
In order to make changes to your booking, contact us through contact information specified in your booking voucher.
